View self-service requests
ADSelfService Plus allows you to track self-service requests that require approval before they are processed. If your organization has configured an approval workflow, requests such as password resets, account unlocks, profile updates, and mail group subscriptions may require approval before the requested changes are applied.
Note: The Requests tab is available only for AD users.
How do I view my self-service requests?
- Log in to the ADSelfService Plus User Portal and navigate to the Requests tab.
- Select a request category from the drop-down list:
- Open Requests: Requests awaiting approval.
- Rejected Requests: Requests that have been rejected.
- Closed Requests: Requests that have been completed or rejected.
- All Requests: Displays all open, rejected, and closed requests.
- The Subject column displays the action associated with the request. Click an entry to view additional details, such as the request creation time, assignee, request ID, and workflow status.
View request details
You can view detailed information about a request, including its current status and approval progress.
Note: A request is marked as closed only after it has been approved or rejected.
